Kristen Perrotti, M.Ed., C.A.G.S.
Founder

Kristen Perrotti is a licensed school psychologist and counselor with over 15 years of experience in the public school system. She earned her B.A. in Developmental Psychology from Suffolk University in 2003, her M.Ed in School Psychology from UMASS Boston in 2005, and her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (C.A.G.S.) in School Psychology from UMASS Boston in 2006.

While working as a school counselor for the early childhood and elementary grade levels, Kristen enjoyed developing and delivering social emotional learning (SEL) lessons for whole classes and small groups of students. In 2020, she decided to leave the public school system and create her own small business, called Be Well with SEL, LLC. Her vision is to equip ALL young learners with the skills and tools necessary to manage their emotions and behavior in an appropriate manner, so they can grow into successful members of society.

Jillian Perrault, M.Ed.

Jillian is a licensed school counselor with over 9 years of experience working in the public school system. She is skillful in connecting with her middle school students, and assisting them with strategies to manage anxiety and current social concerns. Jillian is currently a middle school counselor in the Methuen Public Schools.

Kristen Gazda, M.Ed.

Kristen is a licensed PK-12 teacher with over 14 years of experience working in the public school system. She is skilled at infusing social emotional learning lessons into her daily classroom routine. Kristen is currently a kindergarten teacher in the North Andover Public Schools.

Lexi Aleksa, M.Ed.

Lexi is a licensed school adjustment counselor with over 5 years of experience working in the public school system. She is skilled at creating and delivering whole classroom and small group social emotional learning lessons. Lexi is currently an elementary school adjustment counselor working in the North Reading Public Schools.

Karla Dulin, M.Ed.

Karla is a licensed K-12 guidance and adjustment counselor with over 14 years of experience working in the public school system. She is skilled at making strong connections with students and their families. Karla is currently an elementary school adjustment counselor working in the North Andover Public Schools.
